Pending Resolutions Team Leader
Ashley graduated from Guangzhou Maritime University with a major in Business English. She joined Infitecs in 2020 and works on in the Data Administration Services Team.
Currently, Ashley holds the position of team leader for the Pending Resolutions Team. Her primary focus is to deliver services to Infitecs’ clients by driving the resolution of issues that lead to pending or stalled transactions.
Ashley’s client organisations enjoy the benefits of reduced delays and lower volumes of difficult processing challenges. She enjoys the challenge of immediate resolution as well as the change to remove the cause for future smooth processing.
