Vivian graduated from Guangdong Baiyun University, major in Business English. She started with Infitecs in 2016 as one of the IBM account’s Team Leaders.
Currently, Vivian's focus is on the Contracts Management Team, utilising her process experience to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately for each client. In addition, she is responsible for assigning tasks to team members, taking account of their individual strengths and capabilities ensuring optimal alignment.
Vivian is committed to helping clients through meticulous communication and exchange, ensuring that every client feels Infitecs’ professionalism and passion, and establishing long-term trust and cooperative relationships.
