Graham has a foundation in the electrical industry, where his career spanned 25 years, including electrical engineering and Energy Australia.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in applied science and information technology. During his 10-year-long career in this field, he held roles including IT programming, quality assurance, project management and functional leadership.
For the past decade Graham has been in management consulting. He has provided guidance and mentorship to senior executives at many major organisations including AMP Australia and the Office of State Revenue.
Graham has a passion for strategic thinking and the impact of strong leadership, especially in challenging situations. He is dedicated to sharing his professional knowledge and experience to empower and inspire future leaders.
